The Father of Albarino

This winery was established in 1898 and located in the O Rosal subzone in Galici, Spain. Santiago Ruiz has often been called the "Father of Albarino" as he has been advocating this indigenous white grape variety throughout his life.

A copy of the map that Santiago drew for the wedding of his daughter has become the winery's trademark and the label for his outstanding wine.
